Aceple Indoor Gardening & Hydroponics Using two of these 2-pannel sets with an indoor subirrigation/coco-coir setup, hacked into an ikea shelf.Puts out a ton of light. doing an estimated conversion with cell phone sensor, this seems to be putting out around 700-800 PAR for my plants at 6 inches, and that's from one of the two panels. 20W seems to be accurate. I have these things attached to a flat surface, with wood covering the between-LED rows spaces and it gets quite warm.Super easy to set up, including the hanging hardware.Ratio of Blue:Red LEDs is perfect for growing basil, according to some papers. No UV also means I don't need to worry about eye damage, because these things are BRIGHT!The only downside is that you can't run a single panel at a time, and you can't daisy chain these with the included hardware. Perhaps if you could if you got a LED driver with appropriate power. The good news is you can separate the panels a bit more than the existing little two-pin connector lets you do. 22ga solid-core wire can be shoved in used to wire the two panels together. If mounting somewhere high, and the LEDS are killing your eyes, you can cut balsa wood slats to glue between LED rows to block direct view to the lights. I've also gone as far as to try bending a panel by 30 degrees, and it didn't break. (though, I definitely don't recommend this).Overall, I really like this product. Great for DIY setups. You really get your money's worth here!Bonus, the seller responds to technical questions!

Best Aceple Indoor Gardening & Hydroponics I needed a small set of grow lights for some plants I have sitting inside. They weren't getting quite enough sunlight where they were sitting. This works wonderfully. Sure, all my neighbors think I am growing weed, but as long as my indoor plants are happy, I am happy.

Aceple Indoor Gardening & Hydroponics I found this light to be an excellent replacement for a number of " Outdated " lights such as Halide, and regular flouros. I am in a legal state, and do quite a lot of indoor gardening lets say. Several of these lights not only replaced the higher energy users/heat producers, I am producing a quite respectable consistency in overall growth throughout entire life cycles.. I ended up completely replacing My High Cost Sodium lights, as well as several High cost Timber Grow Lights.. I did so to save money at first, but found them to be a cost effective way to light up an entire grow area of 600 cubic feet. I am so happy a friend turned me onto these as a supplimental lighting that turned out to be primary.. My energy consumption is down more than 65 % and my results are only down slightly, but not in quality.. I am using 10 of these lights right now, and the total actual watt usage is less than 175 for all... That is the equivalent of only ONE Cob on a 4 Cob Timber light alone.... Anyone who is looking to start a indoor garden, or just supplement their existing lighting via side, or under plants this is for sure the way to go...
