PerfectPrime Indoor Gardening & Hydroponics I bought this Aspara Smart Grower on Black Friday and WOW! I was looking at the leading competitor's brand, but even though the some of the hydroponic units got great reviews, there were a lot of bad reviews for the supplies or "pods" which scared me away. I was about to give up when I saw this Aspara unit on Amazon and after I read the description, I couldn't resist.When it got here, everyone in the house was like, "you bought what? why? weird!". Then when I fired it up and the plants started to grow, everyone got curious. The grower got more attention than the television. The first thing everyone does when they get up on the morning or come in the door from being in town awhile is go and check the plants to see how much they have grown.Not only does this look like something from a space ship in a science fiction movie, it's about that advanced too! With the app installed in my phone I can track the temperature of the air and water, the humidity in the air, the nutrients in the water (no dirt, so a super clean garden), the water level and the lighting. It turns its lights on and off as well as circulating its own water automatically. It also has charts for all the sensor monitored functions, so I can see how my nutrient level, humidity, etc. have been tracking over a period of time.We have family members coming to visit for the holidays and they can't wait to see this crazy thing because they are thinking of buying one also. Oh, and Perfect Prime's customer service is also awesome. JUST BUY ONE OF THESE! It's really amazing and you can grow your own food in a small space indoors. It's a great educational "toy" for kids and adults alike.
Best PerfectPrime Indoor Gardening & Hydroponics I’m amazed by how easy it is to use this growing system. All you have to do is download the Aspara app to your phone, place the seeds in the slots, scan the QR code on side of the seed-kit box, and that is it! The lighting / watering is all automated. The grower & app keeps track of all the details (water level, nutrient level, lighting, humidity, temperature etc), you only have to make sure the tank has water and add nutrients when needed (nutrient packs are included with the seed-kit). The grower is about the size of a microwave and it's quite elegant so you can place it anywhere in your house without having it look out of place. Awesome product, highly recommend this to anyone who enjoys growing their own food.
PerfectPrime Indoor Gardening & Hydroponics This is an amazing product! Aspara is by far one of the best smart gardens on the market. It takes away most of the guesswork and actual work of gardening! I harvested twice with lettuce bunches, and they were so great that I ordered a second one so I can grow different things and have more produce available for harvesting. I'll try growing basil, cilantro, dill, and tomatoes next! I hope Aspara keeps introducing more seed pods so I can try out different plants!If you want to have the pleasure of growing sustainable, affordable, and quite literally the freshest produce, look no further and get this machine. It is at a pretty affordable price and you can save money in the long run if you grow more expensive stuff such as herbs or tomatoes.You should read their manual carefully for certain growing tips. The machine has 16 slots, but certain plants take up more space. The manual will give a spatial orientation of planting big plants. Salad leaves can only fit in 8 slots, tomatoes take 4, and herbs and flowers can be as many as you want, so plan accordingly.The harvest times are very quick compared to growing it outdoors. Lettuce patches take around 30 days (40 if butterhead), herbs 30, tomatoes 50 to 60, and violas 70+ and so on.My final thing to mention is Aspara should be used in a place you can control the environment in. In other words, you need to be able to control the temperature and humidity, which are the only two things this garden cannot actually modify. If you have a humidifier and a thermostat, then you should be all set! Certain plants like different temperatures better, like lettuces prefer the cold and tomatoes like the warmth.Once again I cannot praise this enough on how amazing this is. It has always been a dream of mine to grow my own food, and now I can make it possible even in a small apartment.
