Diboys Indoor Gardening & Hydroponics The two-pack is great for putting side by side for seed starting. Just the right size for standard seed starting trays (11x22in). I have the lights sets about 6in above my grow medium, but as they get taller, I will move it farther away from the plants. The lights give off *very* little heat (and I mean that as a good thing), so for purposes of germination, I use them in concert with a heating pad. Very happy with them and would definitely purchase again.
